Zimo is an Italian restaurant in Mexico City that offers a dining and cocktail experience rooted in traditional Italian cuisine. The ambience combines a warm atmosphere, and elevated music curatorship. The experience is defined by its strong, simple flavors, high-quality ingredients, and an understated sense of sophistication.

The brand was developed around four main values: freshness, timelessness, authenticity, and simplicity. The tagline “Café y vino” frames the experience of day and night service while keeping the tone understated. Visual elements are minimal, traditional and precise. The packaging system and printed materials follow the same logic: direct, clean, and function-focused.

The space was designed to balance warmth, quality, and timelessness. The interior prioritizes functional materials, a strong palette and cozy lighting to create an environment that invites long stays and interesting conversations. Furniture was designed and selected to support an atmosphere that feels familiar yet elevated. Ambience and Hi-Fi audio also play a crucial role in the experience, integrated at the core of Zimo's physical space.
